Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 6, 2026

Canada Migration Services believes in transparent and fair billing practices.

Initial Consultations

Consultation fees compensate for professional advice and time reserved for the consultation. Once the consultation has been provided, consultation fees are generally non-refundable.

Professional Fees

Professional fees are earned as services are performed.

Where applicable, any unused or unearned professional fees will be refunded in accordance with the signed Retainer Agreement and applicable professional requirements.

Government Fees and Third-Party Costs

Government processing fees, biometrics fees, medical examination fees, educational assessments, translations, courier charges and other third-party expenses are generally subject to the refund policies of the organization receiving those payments.

Immigration Decisions

Canada Migration Services cannot guarantee the approval of any immigration or citizenship application.

A refusal, delay or request for additional information by a government authority does not, by itself, entitle a client to a refund of professional fees.

Client Retainer Agreements

Clients retaining Canada Migration Services will receive a detailed Retainer Agreement outlining professional fees, payment schedules, disbursements and refund provisions applicable to their individual matter.
